Area 2) Khlong 14 Nuea Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital
- Carers for the elderly and those with mobility problems, have knowledge and good health behavior in order to have good health 100% (Areas 1 and 2)
- Diabetic and hypertension patients, symptoms were controlled better by more than 40% and 60% respectively (Area 1).
Elderly people and people with mobility problems are being rehabilitated. and take care of your health 100% correctly (Area 1 and 2)
Homebound and bedridden patients decreased Reduce disability and burden on caregivers and communities Increase quality of life for patients (Area 1)
