The Arts and Cultural Management Innovation Forum III is an academic seminar project organized under the theme "About Curating" by the Arts and Cultural Management Innovation Program, Faculty of Fine Arts, Srinakharinwirot University, held on February 15, 2025, at the Faculty of Fine Arts Gallery (FOFA Gallery). This project aims to create a learning space in museology and museum management for students, curators, arts and cultural managers, and interested individuals. The activities include a panel discussion featuring experts from various fields: Instructor Ark Fongsmut (Silpathorn Award in Visual Arts, 2018), Assistant Professor Dr. Sitthidham Rohitasuk (Head of Visual Arts Program), and Mr. Kritsada Duchsadeevanich (Curator, Silpakorn University Art Gallery), with Ms. Sirima Chaipreechawit from The Ground Control Co., Ltd. serving as the moderator.
This project is significant in enhancing knowledge and skills in art curation, which is at the heart of modern museum and gallery management. The seminar brings together experts with diverse experiences to broaden the perspectives of participants. Furthermore, it serves as a platform for experience exchange among students, professional curators, and practitioners in related fields, while also helping to build strong and sustainable professional networks.
The Arts and Cultural Management Innovation Forum III, an academic seminar organized under the theme "About Curating," focuses on creating and developing personnel with expertise in museum management, which constitutes a vital force in driving the nation's arts and cultural sector toward sustainable growth.
