ได้ดำเนินบริการวิชาการ ภายใต้ โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านไอซีทีแก่ชุมชน ระยะที่ 3 เพื่อตอบสนองภารกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย และสร้างงานบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนโครงการ 1 จังหวัด 1 มหาวิทยาลัย ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2560 - 30 มิถุนายน 2561 ณ จังหวัดนครนายก เป็นบริการวิชาการที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักเรียน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากร องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครนายก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ คอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านการดูแลรักษาซ่อมบำรุงและอัพเกรดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ PC และ Notebook และเพื่อให้นักเรียน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากร องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครนายก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Presentation โดยเผยแพร่ความรู้ผ่านการจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ทั้ง 3 กิจกรรม ดังนี้

Carried out academic services under the ICT Capacity Development Project for the Community Phase 3 in response to the university's mission and created academic services for the communities in the Project 1 Province, 1 University between December 2017 - 30 June 2018 in Nakhon Nayok Province as academic services Which aims to provide students, teachers, educational personnel, local leaders, community leaders and personnel, Nakhon Nayok Provincial Administrative Organization, has knowledge and understanding about computers and computer equipment, maintenance and upgrade of computers, PCs and notebooks and for students, teachers, educational personnel, local leaders, community leaders and personnel, Nakhon Nayok Provincial Administrative Organization, has knowledge and understanding in presentation by disseminating knowledge through organizing workshops in all 3 activities as follows

ด้านเศรษฐกิจ
นักเรียน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากร องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครนายกสามารถยกระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจไปใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ เพื่อการดำรงชีวิตในสังคมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งภายในและภายนอก อันเนื่องมาจากการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยตลอดเวลา
ด้านสังคม
ให้ความสำคัญกับความรู้และความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ และนำประโยชน์จากความรู้นั้นไปใช้ในการสร้างโอกาสให้กับนักเรียน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากร องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครนายกในการเผยแพร่ต่อไปในชุมชน โดยบุคลากร สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ เป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้และช่วยยกระดับศักยภาพความรู้และความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำให้เกิดการพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกันในชุมชนมากขึ้น
ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
สามารถสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้ที่ทำให้เกิดรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ใหม่ในชุมชน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้นักเรียน ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากร องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครนายก สามารถเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ใหม่ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Give importance to knowledge and understanding of computer technology and use that knowledge to create opportunities for students, teachers, educational personnel, local leaders, community leaders and personnel, Nakhon Nayok Provincial Administrative Organization, for further dissemination in the community by the personnel of the Computer Center, Srinakharinwirot University to transfer knowledge and help upgrade the potential of knowledge and understanding in computer technology resulting in greater dependence on each other in the community.
