Loy Kratong Festival 2019 is a project that exhibit as bringing cultural and artistic activities to preserve, continue and shows creativity. For examples, Khon performances, Thai dance performances, Miss Noppamas contest, Performance of retro music and outdoors theater as to cultivate a national awareness of culture and arts, with more than 4,354 people participating in the program in year 2018, according to the survey. Program participants understand the diversity of cultures and arts more than 92.45 percent
