4.c By 2030, substantially increase the supply of qualified teachers, including through international cooperation for teacher training in developing countries, especially least developed countries and small island developing States 4.c.1 Proportion of teachers in: (a) pre-primary; (b) primary; (c) lower secondary; and (d) upper secondary education who have received at least the minimum organized teacher training (e.g. pedagogical training) pre-service or in-service required for teaching at the relevant level in a given country 3 training programs were delivered to teachers in the Bangkok metropolitan totally 240 teachers who was selected by institute of teacher development office. The programs including teaching pedagogical in 21 century, assessment tool for teaching and learning, and psychology for teacher.
Caveat

To promote and develop teachers' pedagogy in the 21st century for the Bangkok metropolitan teachers.
Content is delivered, including the use of various methodologies that help different children to engage with educational content and learn more effectively, recognizing that individuals learn in different ways. Motivation in education is also trained for teachers to increase more understanding of psychological content which is blended with pedagogical training. Training in pedagogy can be provided to teachers through pre-service training at teacher training colleges, as well as through in-service training and other continuing professional development.
