4.1 By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes 4.1.1 Proportion of children and young people (a) in grades 2/3; (b) at the end of primary; and (c) at the end of lower secondary achieving at least a minimum proficiency level in (i) reading and (ii) mathematics, by sex 1. 7.20 % of children in Nakhonnayok province get help based on the condition of the problem and their needs with individual care.
2. Nakhonnayok Province There is a plan for the children development centres 8 out of 128 children, representing 6.25%.
3. Teachers in child development centres understand how to improve the quality of child development centres.
Caveat

Academic Support Program for Education Management to Educational Equality in Eastern Region has the objects for
1) To support the management of education in the area in helping children. Poor early childhood, children and young people have access to a system of education and self-improvement to their potential.
2) Supporting the enhancement of the quality of child development centres to provide quality services according to the criteria of 3 provinces: Nakhon Nayok, Rayong and Kanchanaburi in area based collaboration condition and using provincial mechanisms to drive equality in education 6-month operating period (November 2019 – April 2020)
This project is planning or development projects for children's centres must be consistent with the self-assessment according to national early childhood development standards B.E. 2561 (2018) by the 2018 National Early Childhood Development Agency. There is support for the funeral statement not exceeding 25,000 baht for developing teacher quality, teaching activities and improve family and community participation.
