3.2 By 2030, end preventable deaths of newborns and children under 5 years of age, with all countries aiming to reduce neonatal mortality to at least as low as 12 per 1,000 live births and under?5 mortality to at least as low as 25 per 1,000 live births 3.2.1 Under?5 mortality rate 1. 100 participants, Parents and Teachers, are trained from our program for stimulated the children development with playing and learning how to evaluate the development of their child.
2. 260 early Childhood Participants are assessed and evaluated for development, nutrition status and health. All these subjects are played and learned from our program to stimulate the delay development problem as reading, using language problem, social and emotional problem. After the program, subjects have improved their development by play and learn with their family and teacher.
Caveat

For the implementation of the project to developed quality of the toddler children in health care by the family centre concepts and mentors since 2013 – 2016 of Faculty of nursing, Srinakharinwirot University. We founded that the children (3-5 years) not only have problems of reading and using language problems but also physical development, which consists with the World Health Organization (WHO) reported that children in the last 3 years have delay development problems more than 30% and most of them have a problem in language development at 20%, fine muscle tone and strength development, social development, and gross muscle tone and strength development as 9, 8, and 7 per cent, respectively. In addition, the delayed development of children, especially language is found that a relationship with the cognitive function delay and executive function (EF)

The focus of this project is to develop and promote language, social and physical with good health as nutrition and health concepts. Those are the important factor in the quality of life of children. Therefore, the family is an important part to be aware and interest in and has acted with mentors or school teachers to provide advice and care for the preschool in with equally of gender. The operation of the project work in the centre of the Child Development Center of Ongkharak Subdistrict, Ban Na Kindergarten (Chang Temple) Child Development Center Ban Na Kindergarten (Wat Chang), Ban Na Subdistrict, Municipality Child Development Center, Wat Prasit School, Muang District, Child Development Center, Na Hin Lat Subdistrict, Pak Phli District, Child Development Center, Ban Khok Sawang School, Pak Phli District, Child Development Center, Ban Tha Maprang District, Pak Phli District, Nakhon Nayok Province
