This project intends to enhance knowledge and understanding of business systems, as well as the relationship between fundamental thinking and the design of innovative communication for managing innovations appropriately and effectively, as well as awareness of phenomena that are in flux. In current society, within the scope of the PDPA law, it is progressively becoming a controlling factor for new communication design styles and techniques. Moreover, e-commerce platforms that function not only as a storefront for sales but also as a communication place to boost marketing are also prevalent.
The project's outcomes can completely achieve its objectives in terms of fostering fundamental innovation abilities and encompassing communication, teamwork, and creative and design skills.
Participants were able to create four samples of infographic communication and activities, as well as to draw lessons from business processes and the use of e-commerce in marketing communication planning.
