The Computer Office has organized the project to enhance ICT competencies and foster knowledge and economic development in the community (Nakhon Nayok Province - Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province) Phase 3. The objective is to develop ICT competencies and enhance knowledge and skills for students, teachers, educational personnel, local personnel, as well as youth and community members in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province. Additionally, it aims to promote the utilization of ICT knowledge and specialized skills in daily life and the career development and economy of the community for students, teachers, educational personnel, local personnel, as well as youth and community members in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province.
The project for developing ICT competencies to enhance knowledge and contribute to community economic development (Nakhon Nayok Province - Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province) Phase 3 involved organizing learning resource development activities and hands-on training at the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Community Learning Center, Phothiwichitchalai College, Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province. The activities were attended by 78 participants, and the project outcomes are as follows:

Students, teachers, educational personnel, local personnel, as well as youth and community members in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province, can enhance their knowledge and understanding to strengthen their economic capabilities for sustainable livelihoods in a society that is continuously evolving, both internally and externally, due to constant technological advancements.
Social aspect
The Computer Center of SriNakharinwirot University emphasizes the importance of knowledge and understanding in computer technology and utilizes the benefits of this knowledge to create opportunities for students, teachers, educational personnel, local personnel, as well as youth and community members in Mae Chaem District to disseminate it within the community. The personnel of the Computer Center serve as knowledge providers and help enhance the knowledge and understanding of computer technology, fostering interdependence and reliance on information technology and communication within the community.
Environmental aspect
The development of learning environments is creating a learning environment that fosters new forms of learning within the community, providing convenience for students, teachers, educational personnel, local personnel, youth, and community members in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province to efficiently access new knowledge.
