The International College for Sustainable Studies has been undertaking an academic service project aimed at assessing English proficiency levels among students, personnel of Srinakharinwirot University, and the general public. This assessment will be conducted through the SWU-SET test, a comprehensive and effective measure of language competence. The SWU-SET test evaluates English proficiency across five key aspects: 1.) Listening, 2.) Vocabulary, 3.) Usage and Functional Language, 4.) Structure, and 5.) Reading. Each section consists of 20 questions, making a total of 100 questions in the entire test. Test-takers will have a time frame of 3 hours to complete the examination. The results of the SWU-SET test will provide valuable insights into the language abilities of the participants, measured against international standards, particularly based on the Common European Framework of References (CEFR) system.

Firstly, the project can lead to a tangible improvement in English language skills among students, personnel of Srinakharinwirot University, and the general public. By identifying areas of weakness through the test results, individuals can work on enhancing their language abilities, which can boost their academic and professional prospects.
