The origins of the High Vocational Innovation Scholarship, specifically for the 1-year Nursing Assistant Certificate Program, stem from the desire to provide students who are financially disadvantaged and lack opportunities with an additional pathway to pursue higher education beyond the basic level of high school (Grade 12). The program allows these students to study in a 1-year Nursing Assistant Certificate Program. The implementation began with the following steps:

1. **Promotion**: After receiving the announcement of the scholarship from the Equitable Education Fund, the Faculty of Nursing at Srinakharinwirot University was informed.
2. Student Selection**: Students were selected based on criteria set by the Equitable Education Fund.
3. Screening and Selection: This included home visits and interviews with the students.
4. Announcement of Results: The results of the process were in line with the objectives of the program, with 24 students who come from all of region in Thailand, successfully completing the course, representing 100% of the participants. This outcome contributed to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty and ensured 100% employment opportunities for the graduates.
