Objectives:
1.To develop students' potential in knowledge and skills for creating creative drama for children and youth
2.To provide knowledge, insights, and benefits to service recipients through creative drama training activities for children and youth
3.To organize creative drama workshop activities for youth
4.To provide academic services to society in the strategic area of the Faculty of Fine Arts' "Saen Saep Model"
5.To provide academic services to society, integrating with SDGs, research, and teaching
The Creative Drama Activities for Youth project integrates research findings into the implementation of activities and the teaching of the course FPA214 Theatre for Young Audiences. This allows performing arts students to understand concepts and creative processes for stage plays and activities for children and youth, enabling them to actually perform plays and organize activities for children and youth. It also serves as an academic service to communities outside the university and fosters social responsibility awareness through creative drama activities and theatrical performances. Moreover, the academic service provision must be linked to integrate academic services to society with SDGs, teaching, and research in a concrete manner.
As a result, 42 members of the Nuan Chit community gained knowledge, insights, and benefits from the creative drama activities for children and youth. The recipients of the academic services expressed satisfaction with the services provided in the strategic area of the Faculty of Fine Arts' "Saen Saep Model". Faculty members and students applied their knowledge and skills to provide academic services, fostering development among project participants and leading to positive improvements.
