The population studied was male with an average age 58 years. The average income earning for community is 16,245 Baht per month per family, and is not be covered the transaction demand of community in each month. This causes to borrow money from government agencies and creates the average debt of community is 135,273 Baht per year per family. There are 127 families with 211 male and 227 females. So, each family debt is 11,273 Baht per month per family. Household expenses are consumer expenses and agricultural expenses = 16,055 Baht. However, earning minus (spending + debt) = 16,245 – (16,055 + 11,273) = -11,083 Baht. If income increases, farmers will take more money to pay off their debts. Project gets involved: The solution after involving this project to help the community generating their extra incomes is: 1) knitting a broom = 30 Baht per piece * 30 piece per month = 900 Baht per month per person, 2) making crispy bananas = 10 Baht per bag * 120 bags per month = 1,200 Baht per month per person, 3) fried pig belly for sale = 10 Baht per bag * 160 bags per month = 1,600 Baht per month per person. Total earning extra income is 900 + 1,200 + 1,600 = 3700 Baht per month per person. So, each family has 5 members in average. Then each family will earn extra income around (5*900) + (5*1,200) + (5*1,600) = 4,500 + 6,000 + 8,000 = 18,500 Baht per family. The solution can help the community solving the problem as 18,500 – 11,083 = 7,417 Baht per month family in saving. Therefore, it will be around 89,004 Baht per year per family. |

คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ จัดทำแผนบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคมจังหวัดนครนายก ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ ได้จัดทำ “โครงการส่งเสริมเชิงปฏิบัติการแนวทางการออมอย่างยั่งยืน แนวทางการสร้างอาชีพเสริมเพื่อยกระดับรายได้หลังจากการทำเกษตรสำหรับผู้สูงอายุและสมาชิกในชุมชน (ปีที่2)” สำหรับการดำเนินงานมีดังนี้
1. วันที่ 19 ธันวาคม 2561 อบรมการส่งเสริมเชิงปฏิบัติการแนวทางการออมอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อชุมชนตำบลโคกกรวด อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก: ส่งเสริมกระบวนการการออมบัญชีครัวเรือนโดยใช้การเพิ่มมูลค่าเปลือกกล้วยเหลือทิ้งโดยได้น้ำหมักเป็นผลลัพธ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ นำมาต่อยอดร่วมกับการวางแผนทำการอบรมร่วมกับชุมชนในการสร้างสวนผักเพื่อสุขภาพกายใจที่ดีของผู้สูงอายุ
2. วันที่ 23 มกราคม 2562 อบรมการปลูกผักอินทรีย์ไร้สารเคมีส่งเสริมสุขภาพและประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือน
3. วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2562 อบรมสวนครัวริมบ้านปลูกผักสนุกเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีผู้สูงวัย
4. วันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2562 แปลงผักเศรษฐกิจผู้สูงวัยในพื้นที่และริมทางชุมชน
5. วันที่ 24 เมษายน 2562 ส่งเสริมการขายผักปลอดสารพิษเพื่อสร้างรายได้เหลือจากการทานเพื่อสุขภาพผู้สูงวัย
6. วันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2562 การส่งเสริมการปลูกผักเพื่อการบริโภคและดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ
The Faculty of Economics Develop academic service plans for Nakhon Nayok society that is in line with the needs of the society. Moreover, Faculty of Economics has created a project to promote sustainable practices for saving guidelines, creating additional careers to raise income after agriculture for the elderly and members of the community (Year 2) are as follows:
1. Training Workshop on Sustainable Savings for Community in Khok Kruat Subdistrict, Pak Phli District, Nakhon Nayok Province by promoting the process of saving household accounts from adding value of banana peels with fermented products. As a result of the product brings it together with the planning of training sessions with the community to build vegetable gardens for good physical and mental health of the elderly.
2. Training on how to grow organic vegetables without chemicals, promote health and save money in the household.
3. Training on the edge of the kitchen garden to grow vegetables for fun and health for the elderly along the roadside of the community.
4. Promoting the sale of organic vegetables to create residual income.
5. Promoting the cultivation of vegetables for consumption and health care for the elderly
โครงการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์เป็นโครงการบริการวิชาการแบบให้เปล่า สามารถสรุปผลกระทบต่อชุมชนที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการบริการวิชาการแบบให้เปล่าคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ โครงการอบรมการส่งเสริมเชิงปฏิบัติการแนวทางการออมอย่างยั่งยืนเพื่อชุมชนตำบลโคกกรวด อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก : ส่งเสริมกระบวนการการออมบัญชีครัวเรือนโดยใช้การเพิ่มมูลค่าเปลือกกล้วยเหลือทิ้งโดยได้น้ำหมักเป็นผลลัพธ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ นำมาต่อยอดร่วมกับการวางแผนทำการอบรมร่วมกับชุมชนในการสร้างสวนผักเพื่อสุขภาพกายใจที่ดีของผู้สูงอายุ และอบรมวางแผนร่วมกับชุมชนในการสร้างสวนผักเพื่อสุขภาพกายใจที่ดีของผู้สูงอายุ ดังนี้
1. ด้านเศรษฐกิจ มีการจัดอบรมการปลูกผักอินทรีย์ไร้สารเคมีส่งเสริมสุขภาพและประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือน เมื่อชุมชนสามารถประยุกต์ใช้การจดบันทึกบัญชีครัวเรือนแบบ input – output account จะสามารถจัดการและจัดสรรจำนวนเงินที่ได้รับเข้ามาและจ่ายออกไปจนนำมาซึ่งส่วนที่เหลือคือ “การออม” ร่วมกับการก้าวเดินอย่างมั่นคงด้วยตนเองหลังจากโครงการจบลง และมีการต่อยอดในเรื่องการส่งเสริมการขายผักปลอดสารพิษเพื่อสร้างรายได้เหลือจากการทานเพื่อสุขภาพผู้สูงวัย
2. ด้านสังคม อบรมสวนครัวริมบ้านปลูกผักสนุกเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีผู้สูงวัย ผู้สูงอายุอยู่ร่วมกับคนในชุมชนอย่างมีความสุข และตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของตน เนื่องจากไม่ต้องเป็นภาระในการพึ่งพาด้านค่าใช้จ่ายเพราะสามารถนำผักสวนครัวขายให้กับสมาชิกในชุมชนหารายได้เข้าครอบครัวอีกทางหนึ่ง ผ่านการปฏิบัติในพื้นที่จริงแปลงผักเศรษฐกิจผู้สูงวัยในพื้นที่และริมทางชุมชน
3. ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สามารถลดปริมาณขยะในชุมชนจากเปลือกกล้วยเหลือทิ้งโดยได้ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำหมักที่ลดปริมาณของเหลือทิ้งลงได้ ทำให้ชุมชนลดมลพิษ และขณะเดียวกันชุมชนสามารถลด opportunity cost จากเปลือกกล้วยจนนำมาซึ่งการออมที่เพิ่มขึ้นได้ การส่งเสริมการปลูกผักเพื่อการบริโภคและดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ
ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการลงพื้นที่บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนนี้เป็นที่น่าพอใจทั้ง 3 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ฝ่ายชุมชนในพื้นที่ที่คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ดูแล ฝ่ายคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ทั้งคณาจารย์ สายสนับสนุน และนิสิต และ ฝ่ายสุดท้ายคือ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ซึ่งโครงการที่ 3 ได้เข้ารับการตอบรับนำเสนอในงานสัมมนาวิชาการ Engagement Thailand ครั้งที่ 6 ณ ราชภัฎอุตรดิตถ์เป็นการยืนยันในการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจสัมพันธ์ตามศาสตร์พระราชาเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าและพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน
The Academic Service Project for the Society of the Faculty of Economics is a free academic service project. It is able to summarize the impact on the community that occurred under the Grant Assistance Program on Promotion Sustainable Savings for Community in Khok Kruat Subdistrict, Pak Phli District, Nakhon Nayok Province: Promoting the process of saving household accounts by adding value of banana peels with fermented products. As a result of the products bring it together with the planning of training sessions to build vegetable gardens for good physical and mental health of the elderly.
Economic Effect, there is training on planting organic vegetables without chemicals to promote health and save money in the household. Furthermore, the community can apply the input - output account to manage and allocate the amount of money received and paid out, leading to the remaining "savings" together with steadily moving forward after the project ends. There is also an extension of sales promotion of organic vegetables in order to generate income for the elderly in community.
Society Effect, training is to grow organic vegetables for fun creating the good health for the elderly. The elderly live happily with the people in the community and start aware on the own values because they can sell vegetables earning income for the family.
Environmental Effect, it can reduce the amount of waste in the community from banana peel by using fermented products causing communities on reducing the pollution . In the same time, communities can reduce the opportunity cost from banana peels to bring increased savings and promoting vegetable cultivation for consumption and health care for the elderly.
The results from the academic service area for the community this year are satisfactory for all 3 parties, which those are community members, the Faculty of Economics members, and Srinakharinwirot University in which this 3rd project was selected and accepted for presentation at the 6th Engagement Thailand Symposium at Uttaradit Rajabhat as confirmation of operations that are in line with the King's mission to create value and develop sustainable local communities be true.
